Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services – if you are under 18 and experiencing a mental health crisis, you can contact CAMHS. Call CAMHS on 03300 245321 (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm) or 0300 555 5000 (out of hours).

ChildLine – a free, private and confidential 24 hour service for under 19’s, to talk through any issue they’re going through. Talk on the phone, online using their 1-2-1 counsellor chat or send them a message on their website. Visit their website www.childline.org.uk or call them on 0800 1111.
